 LEVELS CAN NOT BE TOTALY ENCLOSED.
 MEZZANINES BY DEFINTION NEED TO
 COMMUNICATE WITH THE ROOM THAT IT IS
 LOCATED. EITHER THE FLOORS CAN NOT BE
 ENCLOSED ONLY ONE. 505.2. EVEN IF THE
 EXCEPTION# 1 OF 505.4 THE AMOUNT OF
 OPENNESS REQUIRED THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR
 THE MEZZANINE WOULD BE OVER 10
 OCCUPANTS. THE CONFERENCE ROOM ALONE
 148SQ FT @ 15 SQ FT / PERSON ALONE WOULD
 BE AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 10 PLUS THE
