 SOMETHING DIFFERENT, PLEASE CLEARLY
 STATES WHAT THE PROPOSED WORK IS.
 4. MUST PULL A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR THE
 PROPOSED CBS WALL/GATE/FENCE WITH CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH UTILITY EASEMENT
 APPROVAL.
 5. THE SITEPLAN MUST SHOW ALL & NEW
 DRIVEWAY/WALKWAY.
 6. NEED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PARKING
 FOR THE PROPOSED TWO STORY ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE.
 7. SITEPLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE COMPLETE
 LOT TO KNOW WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE AND
 WHAT THE SETBACK SHOULD BE FOR THE
