 318. THE 2002 EDITIONS ARE REFERENCED BY

 LOCATIONS OF STEEL REINFORCEMENT FOR
 WALL AND STEPS IF CONCRETE. SPECIFY THE
 RISE AND TREAD DEPTH. PROVIDE HANDRAIL
 DETAILS. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS. SPECIFY
 HEIGHT OF GUARD WALL. SEE R311 AND R312.
  
 12) THE FOOTINGS FOR THE STAIRS ARE
 REQUIRED BY R403.1.4 TO HAVE A MINIMUM
 DEPTH OF 12" BELOW THE UNDISTURBED
 GROUND SURFACE.
  
 13) THE FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY OF THE
 GARAGE IS REQUIRED BY R309.2 TO BE
 SEPARATED FROM THE HABITABLE SPACE ABOVE

 WOOD WALLS AND R-19 IN THE FLOOR. THE
 PLANS SPECIFY R-19 IN THE WALLS AND DO
 NOT SPECIFY FLOOR INSULATION.
  
 19) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR
 THE GUEST COTTAGE DOOR IS NOT IMPACT
 RATED AND IS REQUIRED TO BE SHUTTERED.
 SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR IMPACT
 PROTECTION. SPECIFY THE ANCHORS,
 SPACING, ETC. THAT WILL BE USED ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 20) PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72.
 SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF
 TILES, STORM PANELS AND TRUSS
 CONNECTORS.

 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH
 ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
