 1)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2)IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) SPECIFY THE OCCUPANCY AND
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE ON THE PLANS.
  
 4) SPECIFY IF THE BUILDING IS
 SPRINLERED. IF SPRINKLERED THE SPACE
 ABOVE AND BELOW THE MEZZANINE IS
 REQUIRED TO BE SPRINKLERED.
  
 5) SPECIFY ON THE PLANS THAT THE
 MEZZANINE IS A STORAGE OCCUPANCY WHICH
 IS LOCATED WITIN A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
  
 6) SPIRAL STAIRS IN A MEANS OF EGRESS
 MUST COMPLY WITH FBC 1009.9.1. SEE FBC
 1032.2. PROVIDE DETAILS ON SIGNED AND
 SEALED PLANS.
  
 7) FBC 110.4.3* (CITY AMENDMENTS)
 REQUIRES THE OWNER TO POST A SIGN WITH
 THE SAFE ALLOWABLE FLOOR LOAD STATED IN
 A CONSPICUOUS PLACE.
  
 8) THE ENGINEER'S AFFIDAVIT FOR THE SAFE
 FLOOR LOAD REQUIRED BY FBC 110.4.2* HAS
 BEEN ALTERED. THE COVERSHEET FOR THE
 LOAD CALCULATIONS REQUIRED BY FBC
 110.4.2 HAS BEEN ALTERED. THE FLOOR
 LOAD, DIMENSIONS AND AREA HAVE BEEN
 ALTERED ON SHEET A1 OF THE PLANS.
 SOMEONE HAS DRAWN IN THE CLEAR HEIGHT
 ABOVE THE MEZZANINE AND INCORRECT
 OCCUPANCY. SIGNED AND SEALED DOCUMENTS
 CAN NOT BE ALTERED. ONLY THE PERSON
 SIGNING AND SEALING THE DOCUMENTS CAN
 MAKE CHANGES.
  
 9) PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN OF THE UNIT
 SHOWING THE DIMENSIONS AND ANY BUILDOUT
 IN THE UNIT. THE AREA ALLOWED FOR THE
 MEZZANINE IS BASED ON THE AREA OF THE
 ROOM OR SPACE IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED.
 SEE FBC 505.2.
  
 10) THE CLEAR HEIGHT ABOVE AND BELOW THE
 MEZZANINE FLOOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL NOT
 BE LESS THAN 7 FEET PER FBC 505.1.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE WELD TYPE ON SHEET A1
 WHERE THE STEEL ANGLE IS WELDED TO THE
 EMBEDS.
  
 12) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY RESULT WHEN
 THESE COMMENTS ARE ADDRESSED.
