 BUFFERS FOR THIS PROPERTY ARE REQUIRED
 AS FOLLOWS:
  
 NORTH SIDE: 10 FEET
 EAST SIDE: 5 FEET
 SOUTH SIDE: 5 FEET
 WEST SIDE: 5 FEET
  
 A LANDSCAPE PLAN, SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT IS
 REQUIRED. ALL PORTIONS OF THE BUFFER
 SHALL BE COVERED WITH GRASS, GROUND
 COVER, SHRUBBERY, MULCH, OR OTHER
 SUITABLE LIVE PLANT MATERIAL. THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER SHALL ALSO INCLUDE AT
 LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE
 PLANTED FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET OR
 PORTION THEREOF. TREES PLANTED ALONG THE
 SOUTH LOT LINE MUST BE VISIBLE FROM THE
 OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL/FENCE BECAUSE
 RESIDENTIAL USES LIE TO THE IMMEDIATE
 SOUTH OF THE PROPERTY. REQUIRED HEDGES
 SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO TO THREE FOOT
 INTERVALS TO SCREEN PARKING AREAS.
  
 A WALL OR FENCE A MINIMUM OF 5 FEET IN
 HEIGHT MUST BE PROVIDED ALONG THE ENTIRE
 LENGTH OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE.
