 MAIN HOUSE
 ALL ELEVATIONS:
 1.MAINTAIN THE SAME WINDOW PROPORTIONS
 (3'X5') IN ALL ROOMS EXCEPT KITCHEN AND
 BATHS.
  
 FRONT ELEVATION:
 1.FLATTEN OR REMOVE ARCHES AT PORCH IN
 ORDER TO FULLY REVEAL WINDOWS.
 2. PROVIDE A BASE AND CAPITAL FOR THE
 COLUMNS.
  
 INTERIOR LIVING ENVIRONMENTS:
 1. ADD WINDOW TO LEFT ELEVATION AT
 BEDROOM #1 TO PROVIDE CROSS VENTILLATION
 AND IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF THELEFT
 FACADE.
 2. EITHER CENTER THE WINDOW IN THE WALL
 FOR BEDROOM #2 OR ADD AN ADDITIONAL
 WINDOW FOR IMPROVED LIGHT AND
 VENTILLATION.
 3. ADD WINDOW IN MASTER BEDROOM AT RIGHT
 ELEVATION TO PROVIDE CROSS VENTILLATION
 ANDIMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF THE RIGHT
 FACADE.
 4. CONSIDER REDUCING ROOF PITCH TO 3:12
 TO IMPROVE THE MASSING OF THE HOUSE.
  
 GUEST HOUSE
 1. CENTER WINDOW IN BEDROOM #1 TO
 IMPROVE FRONT ELEVATION.
 2. ADD AN ADDITIONAL WINDOW IN THE
 LIVING ROOM AT THE FRONT ELEVATION TO
 IMPROVE FRONT FACADE.
 3. ADD ADDITIONAL WINDOW IN LIVING ROOM
 AT LEFT ELEVATION TO IMPROVE LEFT
 FACADE.
 4. ADD WINDOWS TO REAR ELEVATION. A
 BLANK FACADE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
 5. CHANGE WINDOW IN BEDROOM #1 TO A
 SINGLE UNIT IN FAVOR OF ADDING WINDOWS
 AT FRONT AND LEFT ELEVATIONS.
 6. MAINTAIN WINDOW PROPORTIONS THROUGHT
 THE HOUSE WHENEVER IT'S POSSIBLE.

 STELLY IN THE URBAN DESIGN DIVISION TO
