 1)THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT HAS NO RECORD
 THAT THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH APPROVED THIS
 SUBDIVISION.THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL EITHER PROVIDE
 PROOF THAT THE LOT SPLIT WAS APPROVED BY THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DEPARTMENT OR SHALL APPLY FOR A MINOR
 SUBDIVISION THROUGH THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
 THE LOT IS UNBUILDABLE UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THE MINOR
 SUBDIVISION IS APPROVED.
  
 2)POOL TO BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT. PLANS (INCLUDING
 SURVEY) SHALL REFLECT SUCH.
  
 3)SURVEY SHOWS A 24' SETBACK TO FRONT COVERED ENTRY.
 REVISE...MUST BE A 25' SETBACK TO FRONT COVERED ENTRY.
