 POWER-ASSISTED SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN
 FIG. 25. THE FLOOR OR GROUND AREA WITH
 IN THE REQUIRED CLEARANCES SHALL BE
 CLEAR & LEVEL.
  
 2) THE EXTERIOR AREA OF THE RECEPTION COUNTER SHALL
 MEET ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF 11-7.2. WHERE A PORTION
 OF THE MAIN COUNTER SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 36 INCHES IN
 LENGTH AND A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES.
  
 3)11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
 A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES
 (760 MM BY 1219 MM) COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD
 APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19
 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE SINK (SEE FIGURE 11-32
 ).SHOW ON THE DRAWINGS HOW REQUIREMENTS OF
 SEC.11-4.24 WILL BE MET. SHEET A-1 ROOM #003.
  
 4)THE LEGENDNEEDS TO BE MORE SPECIFIC WITH THE
 SYMBOLS FOR THE EXISTING AND NEW PARTITIONS. THE SYMBOL
 IS THE SAME FOR EACH WALL. WALL TYPES I AND 2 SHOULD BE
 DIFFERENT HOWEVER, ON THE DRAWINGS THE NUMBERS ARE THE
 SAME FOR BOTH TYPE OF WALLS. CLARIFY.
  
 5) THE ELEVATION DETAIL #9 ON SHEET A-3 DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN ON SHEET A-1. WHERE IS THE
 SECOND DOOR? ALSO SEE ELEVATION DETAIL #4 ON SHEET A-3.
 ALL DETAILS SHALL CORRESPON WITH THE FLOOR PLAN.
