 ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE 20FT FROM
 THE POINT OF BEGINING, AND THENCE TO THE
 POINT OF BEGINING.IN THE EVENT THE
 CORNER OF AN INTERSECTION IS ROUNDED,
 THE MEASUREMENT SHALL BEGIN AT THE POINT
