 REQUIRED TO BE ON THE SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS.
  
 2) THE 2' X 2' MASONRY COLUMNS AT THE EXTERIOR ON THE
 BALCONY FRAMING PLAN ON S/3 ARE MIOSLABELED AS C3. SEE
 RED MARKINGS ON THEPLAN.
  
 3)SECTIONS 7/S5 SHOWN ON S3 THROUGH THE NEW BALCONY
 IS IN THE WRONG LOCATION. SEE RED MARK ON PLANS.
  
 4) SECTIONS 7/S5 AND 9/S5 BOTH SHOWN AT THE EAST
 CABANA/OUTSIDE LIVING AREA ON S3 DO NOT CONCUR. ONE HAS

 A3 DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE ONES IN THE SECTIONS ON
 S5. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 6) PROVIDE BUCK DETAILS FOR THE OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS.
  
 7) PROVIDE WALL SECTIONS OF THENON-LOAD INTERIOR
 BEARING PARTIONS. SPECIFY THE FRAMING MATERIAL,
 SPACING, FINISHES, ETC.
  
 8) PROVIDE EXTERIOR WALL SECTIONS, SPECIFYING THE
 FURRING, INSULATION, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR COVERINGS,
 ETC.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE FINISH/COVERING OF THE CABANA/OUTDOOR
 LIVING AREA CEILING.
  
 10)PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION
 PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT LISTS
 THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE.
  
 11)WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT
 APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. BOTH COPIES OF PRODUCT
 APPROVALS TO BE SIGNED.
  
 12) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR LARGE MISSILE IMPACT
 RATED GLASS WALL STOREFRONTS AND STOREFRONT DOORS.
  
 13)SUBMIT CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ALUMINUM
 RAILING SYSTEM. THE ONE THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS EXPIRED.
  
 14) SUBMIT CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE PGT LARGE
 MISSILE IMPACT RATED OUTSWING ALUMINUM FRENCH DOOR. THE
 ONE THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS EXPIRED.
  
 15)THE DRAWINGS ON SHEETS 1-13 OF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE PGT LARGE MISSILE IMPACT RATED
 CASEMENT WINDOWS ARE MISSING THE TOP OF THE PAGES.
 PLEASE REPLACE THESE WITH COMPLETE PAGES.
  
 16) ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ROOF COVERING
 SPECIFY THE SYSTEM THAT WILL BE INSTALLED. UNDER THE
 SYSTEM CIRCLE THE FASTENING OPTION AND DESIGN PRESSURE.
 IF THE DESIGN PRESSURE IS LESS THAN REQUIRED IN THE
 PERIMETER AND CORNER ZONES AND THE LIMITATIONS ALLOW
 ENHANCED FASTENING PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS. IF
 LIMITATION #7 REQUIRES THESE CALCULATIONS FROM AN
 ARCHITECT, ENGINEER OR REGISTERED ROOF CONSULTANT,
 SUBMIT THE SIGNED AND SEALED CALCULATIONS.
  
 17) SUBMIT THE LISTING INFORMATION (UL OR OTHER
 APPROVED AGENCY) AND MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE PREFAB VENTLESS INTERIOR FIREPLACES LOCATED ON THE
 1ST AND 2ND FLOORS OF THE RESIDENCE.
  
 18) SUBMIT THE LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE OUTDOOR GAS
 FIREPLACE.
  
 19) SUBMIT THE LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE BUILT-IN
 BBQ. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT ALLOWS IT TO BE
 INSTALLED ON A COVERED PORCH.
  
 20) SUBMIT THE LISTING INFORMATION FOR THE WALL HOOD.
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT ALLOWS IT TO BE INSTALLED ON
 A COVERED PORCH.
  
 21) SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS DRAWING AND LAYOUT,
 WHICH HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FOR THE STRUCTURE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SEE
 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL R 802.1.6.1.
  
 22)PLEASE REMOVE THE EXPIRED PRODUCT APPROVALS AND
 ONES THAT ARE NOT BEING USED FROM THE SUBMITTAL
 PACKAGE.
  
 23)PLEASE REMOVE THE OLD SHEETS FROM THE PLANS AND
 INSERT THE NEW REVISED SHEETS INTO THE PLANS, SO THAT
 TWO COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS ARE CREATED. THE SHEETS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP ON THEM SHOULD BE LEFT IN THE
 PLANS. ONE SET OF THE OLD SHEETS CAN BE RESUBMITTED
 ALONG WITH THE TWO NEW SETS OF PLANS FOR REFERENCE
 PURPOSES.
