 LINE OF A MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL
 BETWEEN EAVES AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL
 ROOFS.
 A. PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE EXCEEDS THE PERMITTED
 BUILDING HEIGHT PER THE SINGLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY
 (SF14) RESIDENTIAL ZONING REGULATIONS (30 FEET), AS
 PLANS SHOW BUILDING HEIGHT MEASURED FROM THE FINISHED
 FLOOR.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-306, HEIGHT EXCEPTIONS, OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, HEATING, VENTILATION
 AND AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT, CHURCH STEEPLES, BELL
 TOWERS, FLAG POLES, CHIMNEYS, PARAPETS, STAIR
 ENCLOSURES, TANKS, DECORATIVE FEATURES, ELEVATOR
 HOISTWAYS OR EQUIPMENT, TELEVISION OR RADIO ANTENNAS,
 AND RELATED MECHANICAL OR FUNCTIONAL FEATURES, MAY
 EXCEED DISTRICT HEIGHT BY TEN (10) PERCENT.
 A. THE PARAPET, DECORATIVE FEATURES, AND CAST STONE
 URNS ON THE PROPOSED TOWER EXCEED THE BUILDING HEIGHT
 EXCEPTION OF 3 FEET (10 PERCENT).
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATION HEIGHT TO THE
 HIGHEST POINT FOR ALL ROOF STRUCTURES, INCLUDING
 ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES AND CHIMNEY.
