 FOUNDATION THAT MUST COMPLY WITH THE
 CODE IN EFFECT TODAY AS STATED ON SHEET
 # 4. SHEET # 4THAT THE FOUNDATION WAS
 DESIGNED UNDER THE 2004 FBC WRONG
 EDITION OF ASCE 7-(98).2004 FBC USES
 ASCE 7-02.SEE CHAPTER 35.
  
 2) A-101 THE HANDICAPPED RAMP LOWER
 LANDING IS MISSING THE 72" REQUIRED
 LANDING.11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL
 LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT
 & LEVEL CLEARENCE.
  
 3) A-101 GUARDRAIL/ HANDRAIL DETAIL
 INDICATES 2 1/4" CLEAR BETWEEN THE
 GUARDRAIL AND HANDRAIL.11-4.8.5(3) THE
 CLEAR SPACE BETWEEN THE HANDRAIL AND THE
 WALL SHALL BE 1? INCHES (38 MM).
  
 4) A-101 THE HANDRAIL ON BOTH THE FRONT
 AND REAR STAIR NEED TO BE RECONFIGURED
 TO THE DESIGN FOUND IN THE @004 FBC
 FIGURE 11-19A.
 11-9.4(2) HANDRAILS:2)IF HANDRAILS
 ARE NOT CONTINUOUS, THEY SHALL EXTEND AT
 LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM) BEYOND THE TOP
 RISER AND AT LEAST 12 INCHES (305 MM)
 PLUS THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD BEYOND THE
 BOTTOM RISER. AT THE TOP, THE EXTENSION
 SHALL BE PARALLEL WITH THE FLOOR OR
 GROUND SURFACE. AT THE BOTTOM, THE
 HANDRAIL SHALL CONTINUE TO SLOPE FOR A
 DISTANCE OF THE WIDTH OF ONE TREAD FROM
 THE BOTTOM RISER; THE REMAINDER OF THE
 EXTENSION SHALL BE HORIZONTAL [SEE
 FIGURE 11-19 (C) AND FIGURE 11-19 (D)].
 HANDRAIL EXTENSIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTION 11-4.4 .
  
 5) CANOPY IN THE FRONT OF THE OFFICE
 TO BE UNDER A SEPERATE PERMIT.
