 SHEET. THE SEAL IS NOT CLEAR ON SOME SHEETS. THE SEAL
 SHALL BE CLEAR AND LEGIBLE ON ALL SHEETS. SEE F.S.
 481.221THE SIGNATURE, DATE, AND SEAL SHALL BE
 EVIDENCE OF THE AUTHENTICITY OF THAT TO WHICH THEY ARE
 AFFIXED, THEREFORE THE SEAL AND SIGNATURE MUST BE

 SIGNED BY THE BUILDING OWNER, THE
 OWNER'S ARCHETECT OR OTHER AUTHORIZED
 AGENT LEGALLY DESIGNATED BY THE OWNER. THE ARCHITECT
 SHALL SIGNED AND SEAL EACH DOCUMENT WHICH SHALL BE KEPT
 FOR PUBLIC RECORD.
