 OF WEST PALM BEACH REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) DIMENSION LINES ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 PARKING SPACES AND AISLES.
  
 6) IT APPEARS THERE IS A
 DISPROPORTIONATE NUMBER OF SMALL PARKING
 SPACES IN THE BUILDING.CITY ALLOWS A
 MAXIMUM OF 30%.IT DOES NOT SEEM THAT
 40+% OF A PARKING GARAGE AS COMPACT
 SPACES LENDS ITSELF WELL TO CLASS A
 OFFICE.
  
 7) A MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS.STAFF WOULD
 LIKE TO SEE MORE THAN 6 ROYAL PALMS
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE (8 ARE ON THE APPROVED
 PLAN).
  
 8) HOW WILL THE DUMPSTERS BE RELOCATED
 IN THE REVISED SERVICE YARD?
