 FAILURE TO ADDRESS THE COMMENT REGARDING OCCUPANT LOAD
 AND OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.

 EXITS. THE "EXIT" AT THE VESTIBULE IS OBSTRUCTED BY THE
 STORAGE ROOM DOOR, SEE FBC 1005.2. SHOW THE TWO
 REQUIRED EXITS AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT TO
 BE REMOTELY LOCATED. DOORS MARKED AS EXIT DOORS MUST
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC CHAPTER 10.
