 1)A RECORDED COPY OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE A
 PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. THE NOC THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED DOES NOT HAVE THE RECORDING
 STAMP ON IT.
  
 2) PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED
 WITH PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1,
 2003 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR
 INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE
 AT WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS
 WITH STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT
 LISTS THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM
 THE STATE. SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND DOORS. IF
 GLAZING IS NOT IMPACT RESISTANT, STORM
 PANEL PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED
 ALONG WITH AN INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AND
 KEY PLAN.
  
 3) THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT THE SCOPE
 OF WORK SPECIFIED ON THE PLANS. PLEASE
 REVISE AND INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE
 WORK LISTED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) SPECIFY THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION FOR
 THE PROJECT THE ON THE PLANS, AS
 SPECIFIED IN THE 2004 FBC EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 5) THE BUILDINGS OCCUPANCIES ARE LISTED
 AS BUSINESS ON SHEET CS. HOWEVER,
 OCCUPANT LOADS ARE GIVEN FOR BUSINESS
 AND WAREHOUSE(STORAGE). IT APPEARS TO BE
 MIXED OCCUPANCIES (STORAGE, BUSINESS AND
 POSSIBILY FACTORY OCCUPANCIES). SPECIFY
 THE OCCUPANCY AND OCCUPANT LOAD OF EACH
 TENANT SPACE. SPECIFY THE TYPE OF
 STORAGE(FBC 311).SEE FBC 302 & 302.3.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE REQUIRED FIRE-RESISTANCE
 RATINGS OF THE TENANT SEPARATION WALLS.
 SEE FBC 302.3.2 AND TABLE 302.3.2.
  
 7) SPECIFY THE FIRE RATING OF THE TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL BETWEEN SUITES 3 AND 4
 IN BUILDING #2.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE FIRE RATING OF THE TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL (NEW AND EXISTING)
 DIVIDING THE AREA OF BUILDING #1 INTO
 TWO SEPARATE SPACES.
  
 9) A FIRE BARRIER IS REQUIRED TO
 SEPARATE THE ACCESSORY USE AREA OF THE
 BUSINESS AREA FROM THE LARGE
 STORAGE/WAREHOUSE AREA IN BUILDING #1.
 THE BUSINESS AREA IS MORE THAN 10 PER
 CENT OF THE AREA IN WHICH IT IS LOCATED.
 SEE FBC 302.2.
  
 10) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR WALL
 PATCHES. INDICATE MATERIAL, ATTACHMENTS,
 ETC.
  
 11) THE TENANT BATHROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE ACCESSIBLE. FBC EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 606.1.
  
 12) INDICATE THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE AT THE ACCESSIBLE FIXTURES ON THE
 PLANS. FBC 11-4.16.2, 11-4.19.3 AND
 11-4.23.3.
  
 13) DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE.
 SEE FBC 11-4.23.2.
  
 14) THE GRAB BAR AT THE REAR OF THE
 WATER CLOSET IN THE DETAIL ON A1 IS
 REQUIRED TO EXTEND A MINIMUM OF 12" PAST
 THE CENTER LINE OF THE FIXTURE ON BOTH
 SIDES. SEE FBC FIGURE 11-29(A).
  
 15) FBC TABLE 602 REQUIRES EXTERIOR
 WALLS WITHIN 5' OF THE PROPERTY LINE TO
 HAVE A ONE HOUR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING.
 FBC TABLE 704.8 SPECIFIES THAT NO
 OPENINGS ARE ALLOWED IN EXTERIOR WALLS
 WITHIN 5' OF THE PROPERTY LINES IF THE
 WALLS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FIRE RATED.
 THEREFORE THE OPENINGS IN THESE WALLS
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE ENCLOSED WITH ONE
 HOUR RATED CONSTRUCTION. ONE HOUR FIRE
 RATED GLASS BLOCK MAY BE USED.
