 YOUR DRAWING SHOWS STEEL STUDS IN THE
 SOFFIT AREA, SIDE ELEVATION.CLARIFY
 SCOPE OF WORK.IT APPEARS THAT YOU ARE
 REMOVING THE EXISTING WOOD SOFFIT
 FRAMING, REBUILDING WITH STEEL FRAMING?
 ARE YOU REPLACING ONLY THE ONES WHICH
 ARE DAMAGED AS STATED, OR REBUILDING
 EVERYTHING?IF YOU ARE REPLACING ONLY
 DAMAGED WOOD (WITH STEEL), PROVIDE A
 SPECIFICATION FOR FASTENING OF THE
 DENSGLASS INTO WOOD.ONLY A STEEL
 DETAIL SHOWN.
  
 10.) THE SPECIFICATION STATES THAT THIS
 IS A WOOD DECK, AND THAT YOU ARE
 REPAIRING ROTTED AREAS OF THE WOOD DECK.
 THERE IS NO MENTION OF USING DENSDECK,
 OR A FASTENING SPECIFICATION, BUT YOU
 HAVE INCLUDED THE SPECIFICATION SHEET
 FOR DENSDECK.CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK.

 THE SOFFIT, FBC16.
  
 12.)THE SIDE SECTION DETAIL DOES NOT
 SHOW A PITCHED ROOF.IT SHOWS A FLAT
 DECK.THE FRONT ELEVATION SHOWS WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE A PITCHED ROOF.NO ROOF
 PITCH IS SPECIFIED ON EITHER THE
 APPLICATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR THE
 PLAN.YOU ARE REMOVING A BUILT UP ROOF,
 IMPLYING A FLAT DECK, BUT INSTALLING A
 METAL ROOF, IMPLYING A PITCHED ROOF.
 CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK AND SITE
 CONDITIONS.
  
 13.)THE DETAIL ON THE TOP LEFT IS
 CONFUSING.YOU SPECIFY TWO FASTENERS,
 ONLY ONE IS SHOWN.IT APPEARS TO BE
 SHOWING TWO DIFFERENT ATTACHMENTS,
 SHOWING THEM ADJACENT, BUT THEY ARE NOT
 ADJACENT (ONE AT THE BEAM, THE OTHER AT
 THE END OF THE OVERHANG, 4FT AWAY).IT
 IS NOT CLEAR WHY THIS EXPLODED DETAIL IS
 SHOWN, ESPECIALLY AS IT DIFFERS FROM
 BOTH ATTACHMENTS AND SHOWS ONLY ONE
 FASTENER WHERE THE TEXT AND OTHER
 GRAPHIC SHOWS TWO.
