 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED, UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED ESTIMATES
 AND/OR BONA FIDED SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR

 (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS)

 AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.

 THE BUILDING'S OWNER, THE OWNER'S

 THE BUILDING IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE

 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. SUBMIT
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WINDOWS/DOORS
 ETC. ALL PRODUCTS WHICH ARE APPROVED BY
 THE STATE, SHOULD HAVE THE STATE COVER
 SHEET WITH THE FL# TO MATCH.
  
 8) WHEN THE 4" KNEEWALL IS MENTIONED, IS
 THE 4" THE WIDTH OF THE FRAMING MEMBERS?
 PLEASE CLARIFY. SHOW A CROSS SECTION OF
 THE BUILT-UP FLOOR DECK INCLUDING ALL

 (3)THE BOARD SHALL ADOPT A RULE
 PRESCRIBING THE DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT

 DESIGNERS HOLDING VALID CERTIFICATES OF
 REGISTRATION. EACH REGISTERED INTERIOR
 DESIGNER SHALL OBTAIN A SEAL AS
 PRESCRIBED BY THE BOARD, AND ALL
 DRAWINGS, PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR
 REPORTS PREPARED OR ISSUED BY THE
 REGISTERED INTERIOR DESIGNER AND BEING
 FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL BEAR THE
 SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE REGISTERED
 INTERIOR DESIGNER WHO PREPARED OR
 APPROVED THE DOCUMENT AND THE DATE ON
 WHICH THEY WERE SEALED. THE SIGNATURE,
 DATE, AND SEAL SHALL BE EVIDENCE OF THE
 AUTHENTICITY OF THAT TO WHICH THEY ARE
 AFFIXED. FINAL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR
 REPORTS PREPARED OR ISSUED BY A
 REGISTERED INTERIOR DESIGNER MAY BE
 TRANSMITTED ELECTRONICALLY AND MAY BE
 SIGNED BY THE REGISTERED INTERIOR
 DESIGNER, DATED, AND SEALED
