 3. MUST PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF
 PROPOSED WALKWAY (WIDTH & LENGTH).
 4. ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS ONLY ALLOWED
 ONE KITCHEN, PLEASE COULD YOU PROVIDE
 PROOF OF PERMIT APPROVING A SECOND
 KITCHEN IN ACCESSORY STRUCUTRE.
 5. MUST PULL A SEPERATE PERMIT FOR
 WALL/GATE/FENCE WITH EASEMENT APPROVAL
 FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH UTILITY
 DEPT.
 6. NEED TO HAVE HISTORIC TO REVIEW PLANS
 FOR APPROVAL.(BEFORE SUBMITTING BACK IN
 FOR FURTHER PERMITTING REVIEW)
