 OF NOT MORE THAN ONE-THIRD OF THE AREA
 OF THE ROOM OR SPACE IN WHICH THE LEVEL
 OR LEVELS ARE LOCATED (SEE SECTION 505
 ).
  
 HEIGHT, STORY. THE VERTICAL DISTANCE
 FROM TOP TO TOP OF TWO SUCCESSIVE
 FINISHED FLOOR SURFACES; AND, FOR THE
 TOP MOST STORY, FROM THE TOP OF THE
 FLOOR FINISH TO THE TOP OF THE CEILING
 JOISTS OR, WHERE THERE IS NOT A CEILING,

 DOOR SWING.
 IN THE WORK AREA AND IN THE EGRESS PATH
 FROM ANY WORK AREA TO THE EXIT
 DISCHARGE, ALL EGRESS DOORS SERVING AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 50 SHALL
 SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EXIT TRAVEL.
