 DETECTORS AND ARC FAULT PROTECTED
 CIRCUITS IN BEDROOMS.
  
 5) INTERIOR WALL AND FLOOR FINISHES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 8 OF THE 2004
 FBC.
  
 6) THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED IN AN R2
 CONDO AND NOT AN R3 ONE OR TWO FAMILY
 RESIDENCE AND DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE
 OWNER BUILDER EXCEPTION, THEREFORE, A
 LICENSED CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PULL
 A PERMIT FOR THIS PROJECT. SEE ATTACHED
 COPY OF STATE STATUTE.
