 REVIEW WAS DONE ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT
 THE NORTH AND SOUTH GARAGES WERE EXACTLY
 ALIKE.
  
 1) PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT, A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE
 RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
 COURT.PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED DOCUMENT.
  
 2) FULL-SIZE SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 ENTIRE SITE AND THE LOCATION OF THE
 GARAGES SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3) HOW WILL THE LANDSCAPING BE ADDRESSED
 ADJACENT TO THE GARAGE?WILL THIS BE
 PART OF THE PERMIT AND C.O. FOR THE
 TOWERS?
  
 4) PLEASE SEE "RED-LINED" SHEETS A1.1
 THROUGH A1.6.SOME SPACES DO NOT MEET
 THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS AND WILL HAVE TO
 BE REMOVED OR DESIGNATED AS COMPACT
 SPACES.SOME DRIVE ISLES ARE ALSO NOT
 OF SUFFICIENT WIDTH.KEEP IN MIND THAT
 THE REMOVAL OF SPACES OR INCREASE IN
 COMPACT SPACES WILL AFFECT THE SPACE
 COUNT.THE GARAGES SHALL PROVIDE A
 MINIMUM OF 1,134 SPACES AND A MAXIMUM OF
 366 MAY BE COMPACT.
  
 5) THE STRIPING PLAN ON SHEET A1.14
 SHALL BE ADJUSTED AS COMPACT SPACES ARE
 TO BE A MINIMUM OF 16 FEET LONG.
  
 6) WILL WHEEL STOPS BE USED?IT IS
 RECOMMENDED THAT THEY AT LEAST BE USED
 ON THE COMPACT SPACES THAT ARE AFFECTED
 BY THE SUPPORT COLUMNS.
  
 7) FYI...SPACES MAY NOT BE ASSIGNED TO
 INDIVIDUAL UNITS.
  
 8) SMALL CAR SIGN DETAIL ON SHEET A7.5
 IS MISSING.
  
 9) HOW WILL THE TRASH STORAGE AREAS BE
 EMPTIED AND THEN PICKED UP?PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
