 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF ADDITINAL FEES ARE DUE.

 14-PERMIT VALUATION WILL BE ADJUSTED AFTER FRONT
 PORCH ISSUE IS RESOLVED WITH ZONING.ADDITIONAL PERMIT
