 1) THE APPLICATION IS TO ADD A DEMISING
 WALL/INTERIOR FIREWALL AT UNIT #200 AT
 4047 OKEECHOBEE BLVD. THE NOC GIVES THE
 DISCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AS A TENANT
 BUILDOUT OFFICES AT THE SAME LOCATION.
 THE PLANS SHOW A NEW TENANT SEPARATION
 WALL BETWEEN UNITS 204 AND 205 AND
 EXISTING WALLS IN UNITS 205 AND 206. THE
 TITLE BOCK ON THE PLANS STATES BUILDOUT
 UNIT 205-206 DEMISING WALLS. CLARIFY AND
 SPECIFY THE TOTAL SCOPE OF PROPOSED WORK
 ON THE PLANS. INDICATE THE TOTAL SCOPE
 OF WORK TO BE DONE ON THE APPLICATION
 AND NOC, WHICH MUST AGREE WITH THE WORK
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS. ADJUST VALUE OF
 CONSTRUCTION, IF NECESSARY. INDICATE THE
 UNIT NUMBERS WHERE THE WORK WILL BE DONE
 ON THE PLANS, APPLICATION AND NOC.
 PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO THE INTAKE
 PERSON WHEN RESUBMITTING SO THAT THE
 CORRECT INFORMATION CAN BE INPUT INTO
 THE COMPUTER.
  
 2) INDICATE THE LOCATION OF FIRE RATED
 TENANT SEPARATION WALL THAT YOU ARE
 PROPOSING TO INSTALL. PROVIDE THE
 INFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE FIRST
 REVIEW FOR THE UNITS ON EACH SIDE OF THE
 PROPOSED WALL.
  
 3) IF YOU ARE ADDING INTERIOR WALLS, THE
 EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL BE
 AFFECTED. THE LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLER
 HEADS WILL HAVE TO BE ASSESSED TO
 DETERMINE IF ADEQUATE COVERAGE WILL BE
 PROVIDED.
