 7.8.1.3* THE FLOORS AND OTHER WALKING SURFACES WITHIN
 AN EXIT AND WITHIN THE PORTIONS OF THE EXIT ACCESS AND
 EXIT DISCHARGE DESIGNATED IN 7.8.1.1 SHALL BE
