 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS
 CODE SHALL BE PERMORMED IN A MANNER SO
 AS NOT TO ADVERSLY IMPACT THE CONDITION
 OF ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH
 ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO AFFECT SAID
 PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT BY THE
 APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS &
 CONDITIONS AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE
 PROPERTY OWNER.THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT

 IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE STATE. IF THE
 PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE STATEWIDE
 APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE SPECIFIC
 FORM PER RULE 9B-72. SEE ATTACHMENT.

 5) R802.10.1 TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS.
 TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS, PREPARED IN
 CONFORMANCE WITH SECTION R802.10.1 ,
 SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL AND APPROVED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION. TRUSS DESIGN DRAWINGS
 SHALL INCLUDE, AT A MINIMUM, THE
 INFORMATION SPECIFIED BELOW. TRUSS
 DESIGN DRAWING SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 THE SHIPMENT OF TRUSSES DELIVERED TO THE
 JOBSITE.

 WHEN OTHER MEANS OF DRAINAGE OF OVERFLOW
 WATER IS NOT PROVIDED, OVERFLOW SCUPPERS
 SHALL BE PLACED IN WALLS OR PARAPETS NOT
 LESS THAN 2 INCHES (51 MM) NOR MORE THAN
 4 INCHES (102 MM) ABOVE THE FINISHED
 ROOF COVERING AND SHALL BE LOCATED AS
 CLOSE AS PRACTICAL TO REQUIRED VERTICAL
 LEADERS OR DOWNSPOUTS OR WALL AND
 PARAPET SCUPPERS. AN OVERFLOW SCUPPER
 SHALL BE SIZED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, PLUMBING .
 SPECIFY CLEARLY THE SIZE OF THE ROOF
 DRAIN AND SCUPPERS.

 CANNOT EXTEND INTO THE SHOWER. THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE DIMENSIONS ARE TO BE APPLIED
 OR SUPERIMPOSED OVER A PLAN DURING THE
 DESIGN PROCESS TO DETERMINE IF THE SPACE
 REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING MET.

 8) ON SHEET D-1 DETAIL #2 SHOWS THE
 THIRD FLOOR BEING POURED INTO THE 2HR
 RATED WALL. EACH FLOOR SHALL BE
 INDEPENDANTLY ATTATCHED TO THE 2HR
 DEVIDING WALL.
  
 9) A DETAIL DRAWING OF THE FLOOR JOIST
 CONNECTION TO THE COMMON WALL IS
 REQUIRED SHOWING ALL MATERIALS WHICH
 WILL BE USED ,ALSO STATE THE LIVE AND
 DEAD LOADS OF EACH FLOOR AND THE SPACING
 OF THE FLOOR JOISTS.
  
  
 10) R324.1 SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
 FOR BUILDINGS THREE STORIES OR MORE IN
 HEIGHT. NFPA 101, AS REGARDING THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR FIRE PROTECTION
 SPRINKLERS, IS APPLICABLE TO ALL
 MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS,
 WHETHER DESIGNATED AS TOWNHOUSES,
 CONDOMINIUMS, APARTMENT HOUSES,
 TENEMENTS, GARDEN APARTMENTS OR BY ANY
 OTHER NAME. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS
 DETERMINED THAT FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE
 FIRE PROTECTION SPRINKLER REQUIREMENTS
 IN SECTION 553.895(2), FLORIDA STATUTES
 , TOWNHOUSES THAT ARE THREE OR MORE
 STORIES TALL AND CONSIST OF THREE OR
 MORE UNITS TOGETHER ARE MULTIPLE-FAMILY
 DWELLINGS. THEREFORE, THESE TYPES OF
 TOWNHOUSES ARE NOT EXEMPT. A SEPERATE
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEM.
  
 11) R401.4 SOIL TESTS.
 IN AREAS LIKELY TO HAVE EXPANSIVE,
 COMPRESSIBLE, SHIFTING OR OTHER UNKNOWN
 SOIL CHARACTERISTICS, THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL SHALL DETERMINE WHETHER TO
 REQUIRE A SOIL TEST TO DETERMINE THE
 SOIL ?S CHARACTERISTICS AT A PARTICULAR
 LOCATION. THIS TEST SHALL BE MADE BY AN
 APPROVED AGENCY USING AN APPROVED
 METHOD.
  
 12) SHEET D-1 SHOWS THE THIRD FLOOR AS
 PART OF THE 2 HOUR FIRE WALL. EACH
 INDIVIDUAL TOWNHOUSE SHALL BE
 STRUCTURALLY INDEPENDENT OF EACH OTHER.
