 OPENING TO CLARIFY BEAM ATTACHMENT AT
 BOTH EXISTING HOUSE AND NEW WALL
  
 10) SPECIFY WALL FINISHES TO BE APPLIED
 TO CMU BLOCK WALLS EG. STUCCO, SIDING
  
 11) ENGINEERING SHALL BE PROVIDED THAT
 VARIFIES THE LATERAL PRESSURES ON THE
 BEAM TO WALL CONNECTION ARE ACCEPTABLE
 AND THAT THE BEAM SPAN WILL WORK FOR
 GARAGE OPENING. ALSO THAT THE BEAM SPANS
 THAT CARRY THE PATIO ROOF JOISTS WILL
 WORK.
  
 12) TERMITE PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED
 PER SECTION 1816 FBC 2004 OR R320.1 FBC
 RES. PRIOR TO CONCRETE SLAB PLACEMENT
  
 13) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR ROOF
 COVERING AND IF NEEDED SWINGING DOOR AND
 GARAGE SECTIONAL DOOR
  
 14) THE PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL INCLUDE
 TWO COPIES OF EACH PRODUCT APPROVAL PAGE
 THAT IS RELEVANT. THESE SHOULD INCLUDE
 THE FLORIDA STATE APPROVAL COVER PAGES,
 AND THE PRODUCT NOA THAT LISTS THE
 SYSTEM COMPONENTS/ FASTENER LIST PAGES,
 THE PAGES WITH THE CHOSEN ASSEMBLY/
 SYSTEM TO BE USED AND THE GENERAL
 LIMITATIONS PAGE. ALL CAN BE FOUND ON

 15) A RADON SURCHARGE FEE SHALL BE PAID
 FOR ALL UNDER ROOF FLOOR SPACE WHICH
