 MEZZANINES WITHIN A ROOM SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE-THIRD OF THE AREA OF THAT

 THE ENCLOSED PORTIONS OF ROOMS SHALL NOT
 BE INCLUDED IN A DETERMINATION OF THE
 SIZE OF THE ROOM IN WHICH THE MEZZANINE
