 B) THE USE AND OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3.
 C) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINED
 IN CHAPTER 6, TABLE 601.
 D) THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD, SEE 1004.
 E) IF AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS
 PROVIDED, WHETHER THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM
 IS REQUIRED.
 F) ANY SPECIAL STIPULATIONS & CONDITIONS
 OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 3) PROVIDE ACURRENT SURVEY OF THE
 BUILDING,(2004 FBC) 106.1.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE & EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED & SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE
 AND REVELENT LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES
 AND REGULATIONS AS DETERMINED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) IT APPEARS THAT THE SO CALLED
 MEZANINE NO LONGER MEETS THE DEFINITION
 SINCE THE AREA BELOW THE MEZANINE CAN'T
 BE FIGURED INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR AREA.
  
 505.2 AREA LIMITATION.
 THE AGGREGATE AREA OF A MEZZANINE OR
 MEZZANINES WITHIN A ROOM SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE-THIRD OF THE AREA OF THAT
 ROOM OR SPACE IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED.
 THE ENCLOSED PORTIONS OF ROOMS SHALL NOT
 BE INCLUDED IN A DETERMINATION OF THE
 SIZE OF THE ROOM IN WHICH THE MEZZANINE
 IS LOCATED. IN DETERMINING THE ALLOWABLE
 MEZZANINE AREA, THE AREA OF THE
 MEZZANINE SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE
 AREA OF THE ROOM.
 THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE WHAT TYPE
 OF OCCUPANCY THE ROOM WILL BE AT THE
 HEAD OF THE STAIRS, MAY REQUIRE A SECOND
