 PROVIDED ON THE REVISED PLANS.
 1. SHOW THE LOCATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
 AND ALL UTILITY LINES ON THE PROPERTY
 INCLUDING UNDERGROUND AND OVERHEAD
 FACILITIES ON THE SITE PLAN AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 2. THE MEDIAN ON THE PLANS ARE NOT
 LOCATED IN THE CORRECT LOCATION.REVISE
 THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS AND SHOW
 THE LOCATION OF THE MEDIAN.
 3. INGRESS FROM BUNKER RANCH ROAD.
 3.A. THE DRIVEWAY FROM BUNKER RANCH ROAD
 SHALL BE RIGHT OUT ONLY WITHOUT INGRESS
 INTO THE SITE.THE DRIVEWAY AT PUTNAM
 RANCH WILL BE LEFT OUT ONLY, BUT WITH
 INGRESS PERMITTED PREFERABLY FROM
 EASTBOUND PUTNAM RANCH.
 4. LANDSCAPE PLANS
 4A. SHOW ALL EXISTING PLANTS AND TREES
 INCLUDING THE SPECIES AND CALIPER SIZE.
 4B. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION ON THE PLANS.
 4B.(1). PROVIDE A TABLE INDICATING THE
 NUMBER OF TREES PROVIDED.ONE SHADE
 TREE IS REQUIRED FOR EACH 1,600 SQUARE
 FEET OF OPEN SPACE AND ONE FLOWERING
 TREE FOR EACH 6,400 SQUARE FEET.THE
 CALCULATIONS MAY INCLUDE THOSE USED FOR
 BUFFERING SCREENING.
 4B. (2) ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EVERY 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
 4C. PROVIDE TREES, SHRUBS, AND HEDGES
 OUTSIDE OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.THE TREES AND
 SHRUBS SHALL BE EVERGREEN AND SHORT
 ENOUGH NOT TO AFFECT THE OVERHEAD LINES.
 4D. PROVIDE THE CORRECT LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 4.D.(1). SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES SHALL
 BE PLANTED EVERY 30 FEET IN THE FIVE
 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
 4.D.(2). OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIRES 10
 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPING FOR EACH
 PARKING SPACE.REVISE THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND DEMONSTRATE THE PLAN MEETS THE
 REQUIREMENT.
 4.D.(3).HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED IN 2-3
 FOOT INTERVALS ALONG THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER ADJACENT TO THE EAST PROPERTY
 LINE.
 4.E. SHOW THE WALL ALONG THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE PROPERTY AND SECURITY WALL AND
 GATE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 THAT WILL PREVENT STORAGE AND
 CONGREGATION OF PERSONS AFTER HOURS AT
 THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURE (SEE MORE
 DETAILS OF SECURITY WALL/GATE BELOW).
 5. SECURITY WALL
 5.A. PROVIDE A MINIMUM 6 FOOT TALL WALL
 AND PROVIDE THE MATERIALS AND DETAILS ON
 THE SITE PLAN.
 5.B. PROVIDE 3 STRANDS OF BARBED WIRE AT
 THE TOP OF THE WALL AND GATE.THE
 BARBED WIRE SHALL BE MOUNTED VERTICALLY
 OR ANGLED INTERIOR TO THE ENCLOSURE.
 5.C. THE GATE SHALL BE AT LEAST 6 FEET
 HIGH AND SHALL BE TRANSPARENT (I.E.
 CHAIN-LINK) TO ALLOW POLICE TO VIEW
 AREAS BEHIND THE BUILDING DURING
 PATROLS.
 5.D. THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SUGGESTS
 UPGRADING THE SECURITY CAMARA SYSTEM FOR
 THE PARKING LOT AND MOUNT ON THE
 BUILDING TAPING 24 HOURS WITH MONITOR(S)
 IN AN INTERIOR OFFICE.
 6. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 6.A. THE GATE ON THE ENCLOSURE SHALL BE
 AT AN EQUAL HEIGHT OR GREATER THAN THAT
 OF THE COMPACTOR.
 6.B. PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE
 COMPACTOR.
 6.C. PROVIDE THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF
 THE DUMPSTER/COMPACTOR ENCLOSURE ON THE
 SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN (SEE ATTACHED
 DIAGRAM).
 6.C.(1).THE MINIMUM AREA INSIDE THE
 ENCLOSURE IS 13 FEET 8 INCHES BY 13 FEET
 8 INCHES.
 6.C.(2). A ONE FOOT CLEARANCE IS
 REQUIRED BETWEEN THE PAD AND WALL
 ENCLOSURES.
 6.C.(3). A 10 FOOT STOP BAR, 1-FOOT 18
 INCHES FROM THE BACK OF THE WALL
 ENCLOSURE IS REQUIRED.
 6.C.(4). THE MINIMUM GATE OPENING WIDTH
 IS 12 FEET 6 INCHES.
 7. WALL ALONG EAST PROPERTY LINE.
 7.A. PROVIDE WALL DETAILS (TEXTURE,
 MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION).
 7.B. MAKE SURE THE WALL IS NOT IN THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT.
