 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED
 PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE FOUNDATION
 PERMIT:
  
 1) A TREE REMOVAL/RELOCATION LICENSE
 SHALL BE OBTAINED FROM THE PLANNING AND
 ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL
 OR RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING TREES.

 2) ALL UTILITIES ARE TO BE LOCATED

 THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) A UNITY OF TITLE OR THE PLAT SHALL BE
 RECORDED WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT
 COURT AS THE PROPOSED BUILDING CROSSES
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4) FLOOR PLANS INDICATE TOTAL PROPOSED
 BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE OF 37,212 SQ.
 FT....THIS APPEARS INCORRECT.PARKING
 WAS ONLY PROVIDED FOR 33,442 SQ. FT. OF
 BUILDING.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE PRELIMINARY COMMENTS
 TO CONSIDER UPON APPLICATION OF THE FULL
 BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 1) A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL NOT
 BE ISSUED FOR THE MTC BUILDING UNTIL THE
 EXISTING BUILDING HAS BEEN
 DEMOLISHED...SUFFICIENT PARKING IS NOT
 PROVIDED FOR BOTH BUILDINGS TO REMAIN AT
 THE SAME TIME.
  
 2) THE OPEN STORAGE AREA AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING SHALL
 BE ENCLOSED BY A SOLID FENCE/WALL...NOT
 CHAINLINK.
  
 AS INDICATED PREVIOUSLY, THIS REVEIW WAS
 FOR SITE CLEARING AND FOUNDATION
 ONLY...THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMMENT
 ON ALL OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT TIME
 OF APPLICATION FOR FULL BUILDING PERMIT.
