 PLANS DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH EACH OTHER.
  
 1A) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS 16 PARKING
 SPACES WHILE THE PANDD PLANS SHOW 15.
  
 1B) THE LOCATION OF THE HC PARKING SPACE
 DIFFERS BETWEEN THE PLANS.
  
 1C) THE PANDD PLANS SHOW LANDSCAPING IN
 THE SW CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT, THE
 SITE PLAN DOES NOT.
  
 1D) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW A FIVE
 (5) FOOT LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND, WITH
 SHADE TREE, AT THE NE CORNER OF THE
 PARKING LOT.THIS IS REQUIRED.
  
 1E) NO DRIVEWAY APPROACH IS SHOWN ON THE
 SITE PLANS.
  
 2) THE PARKING DETAIL ON THE SITE PLAN
 DOES NOT CONFORM TO SECTION 94-485 OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (I.E. DOUBLE STRIPING,
 ETC.).
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE A DATA
 TABLE INDICATING PARKING CALCULATIONS,
 IMPERVIOUS, PERVIOUS, BUILDING SQUARE
 FOOTAGE, ETC.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE OF
 THE DUMPSTER LOCATION FROM THE CITY'S
 SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
  
 5) THE SE CORNER OF THE PARKING LOT
 SHALL BE CURBED AND LANDSCAPED WITH AT
 LEAST ONE (1) SHADE TREE.
  
 6) THE PROPOSED BUILDING ENCROACHES INTO
 THE VISIBILITY TRIANGLE (20 FEET X 20
 FEET) AT THE CORNER.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN OF
 THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING.PHOTOMETRIC
 LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES
 WHEN MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING
 DISTRICT (I.E. WEST PROPERTY LINE).
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF OBTAINING
 TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY (TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY
 LETTER) FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY.
  
 9) A SCREEN WALL SHALL BE BUILT ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE, SEPARATING THE
 NONRESIDENTIAL USE FROM THE ADJACENT
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT.
  
 10) LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 AN SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE SITE
 PLAN.
