 NEW RAMP.SEE F.B.C. 11-4.8. ALSO, IN
 REFERENCE TO THE DETAILS OF SHEET 8.3,
 WHERE IS SHEET 8.3?
  
 5) THE ADDRESS ON THE PAGES NEED TO
 MATCH NEED TO MATCH. SOME INDICATE 2025
 N.DIXIE HIGHWAY AS THE ADDRESS AND
 OTHERS HAVE 2025 S.DIXIE HIGHWAY. MAKE
 SURE ALL SHEETS SHOW THE SAME ADDRESS.
  
 6) (2004 FBC) 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE &
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED & SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND REVELENT
 LAWS, ORDINANCES, AND RULES AND
 REGULATIONS AS DETERMINED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 7) 109.3.10* IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL
 CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS
 CODE SHALL BE PERMORMED IN A MANNER SO
 AS NOT TO ADVERSLY IMPACT THE CONDITION
 OF ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH
 ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO AFFECT SAID
 PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT BY THE
 APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS
 &CONDITIONS AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE
 PROPERTY OWNER.THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT
 LIMITED TO THE CONTROL OF DUST, NOISE,

 PREPARED DRAINAGE PLAN CLEARLY
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PARAGRAPH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE
 IMPROVEMENT, A CERTIFICATE FROM A
 LICENSED ENGINEER SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE
 APPROVAL OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 8) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.

 9)11-4.6.2 LOCATION.
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES SERVING A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING SHALL BE LOCATED ON
 THE SHORTEST SAFELY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF
 TRAVEL FROM ADJACENT PARKING TO AN
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE. IN PARKING
 FACILITIES THAT DO NOT SERVE A
 PARTICULAR BUILDING, ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL TO AN
 ACCESSIBLE PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE OF THE
 PARKING FACILITY. IN BUILDINGS WITH
 MULTIPLE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES WITH
 ADJACENT PARKING , ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACES SHALL BE DISPERSED AND LOCATED
 CLOSEST TO THE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES.
 EACH PARKING SPACE MUST BE NO LESS THAN
 12 FEET (3658 MM) WIDE.
 (1)ALL SPACES MUST BE LOCATED ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE NO LESS THAN 44 INCHES
 (1118 MM)WIDE SO THAT USERS WILL NOT BE

 PLACE ON THE MEZZANINE.

 11) EXPLAIN WHAT TYPE OF WORK IS CARRIED
 OUT IN THE WORKSHOP AREA. WHAT WILL BE
 DISPLAYED IN THE SHOW ROOMS?
  
 12) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE BRACING AROUND THE HOLES FOR THE
 A/C UNITS. A DETAIL DRAWING IS REQUIRED
 SHOWING ALL BRACING.

 AND THEMEZZANINE. ALSO SHOW THE
 GUARDRAIL. A DETAIL DRAWING OF THE
 GUARDRAIL IS ALSO REQUIRED. WHAT IS THE
 HEIGHT OF THE WALL? IS IT 42" OR 4'?
 WILL THERE BE AHY OPENING IN THIS WALL?
 IF SO SHOW ON ELEVATION DRAWINGS.
  
 15) 713.13 F.S.A NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED AT PALM
 BEACH COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND A COPY
 SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE BEFORE A PERMIT
 CAN BE ISSUED. BLANK FORMS ARE AVAILABLE
 FROM THIS OFFICE.
 NOTE: THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT MUST BE
 RE-RECORDED IF THE DESCRIBED IMPROVEMENT
 OR CONSTRUCTION IS NOT COMMENCED WITHIN
