 OWNER BUILDERS ARE A INDIVIDUAL THAT CAN
 BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE. A CONTRACTOR
 WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE PERMIT,
 FEES AND PLANS TRANSFERRED TO THE
 CONTRACTING BUSSINESS. THE QUALIFIER
 WILL HAVE TO FILL OUT A NEW PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND PAY A $100.00 TRANSFER
 FEE BEFORE ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.

 ARE DRAWN ON THE SAME PAGE?
 4C) THE THIRD INCONSISTANCY IS THE RIGHT
 SIDE OF THE DRAWING, ONE INDICATES A
 LANDING AND THEN STAIRS, THE SECOND
 DEPICT WHAT APPEARS TO BE A STAIRWAY
 THAT STARTS AGAINST A WALL AND ENDS
 AT WHAT APPEARS TO BE A SECOND STORY
 OFFICE?NOT A MEZZANINE BECAUSE IT IS
 2/3RD THE SPACE OF THE ROOM.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A VERTICAL CUT
 SECTION THROUGH THE MEZZANINE LEVEL
 INDICATING NEW WORK FROM THE FRONT OF
 THE BUILDING TO THE REAR.
 THE NEW STORAGE ROOM PLANS ARE DRAWN
 TO APPEARS TO HAVE DRYWALL ONLY ON ONE
 SIDE? ALSO WHAT WILL BE STORED IN THIS
 ROOM? WILL THIS ROOM BE FIRE
 SPRINKLERED?
  
 5) DEPENDING ON THE ANSWER TO 3B(4)
 OCCUPANCY AND SUB-CLASSIFICATION THERE
 MAY BE A PROBLEM WITH THE COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL FOR THE ANCILLARY USE OF THE
 OFFICE. SEE 1013.3 FOR COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL.
 5A) INDICATE WHAT THE USE OF THE FIRST
 FLOOR WILL BE, THE USE OF THE REMAINDER
 OF THE MEZZANINE, INDICATE ALLOWABLE
 SAFE FLOOR LOADS FOR EACH USE TABLE

 5B) IF THE REMAINDER OF THE MEZANINE IS

 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL ON THE PLAN,
 SHALL BE MARKED ON PLATES OF APPROVED DE
 SIGN WHICH SHALL BE SUPPLIED & SECURELY
 AFFIXED BY THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING IN
 A CONSPICUOUS PLACE IN EACH STORY TO
 WHICH THEY RELATE. SUCH PLATES SHALL NOT
 BE REMOVEDOR DEFACED, & IF LOST,
 REMOVED THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING SHALL
 REPLACE THEM.
  
 6) THE OFFICE LOCATED ON THE MEZZANINE
 LEVEL INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH:
 1203.1 GENERAL.
 BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH NATURAL
