 BUILDING WHILE THE DATA TABLE INDICATES
 10,080 SQ. FT.PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 3) THE PARKING STALL DETAIL SHALL BE
 MODIFIED TO PROVIDE DOUBLE-STRIPING, AS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-485 OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.ONLY
 18 FOOT OVERALL STALL DEPTH IS REQUIRED,
 INCLUDING 2 FEET OF VEHICLE OVERHANG,
 PLANS INDICATE 20 FEET.ONLY A 4 INCH
 STRIPE IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE LANDSCAPE CALCULATION SUMMARY
 SHALL BE MODIFIED TO REFLECT THE PROPER
 OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENTS (40% OF THE LOT
 AREA).
  
 5) A NOTE SHALL BE ADDED TO THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT A TREE
 REMOVAL/RELOCATION LICENSE SHALL BE
 OBTAINED FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL AND/OR
 RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING TREES.
  
 6) ADD AND/OR MODIFY THE PLANTING
 DETAILS TO REFLECT THE ATTACHED
 INFORMATION.
  
 7) INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED
 REGARDING THE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES TO BE
 PLACED IN THE WINDOWS.SIGNAGE IN
 WINDOWS IS LIMITED TO SPECIAL SALES,
 EVENTS, ETC. AND IS REGULATED BY SECTION
 94-408(D)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.CLEAR GLAZING,
 VISIBLE TO THE INSIDE, SHALL BE PROVIDED
 WHEN AT ALL POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY ON THE
 NORTH SIDE FACING PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD.CONSIDER FLIPPING THE FLOOR
 PLAN/DISPLAY LAYOUT TO PROVIDE MORE OPEN
 WALL SPACE WITH NO SHELVING AND CLEAR
 GLAZING ALONG THE NORTH WALL.
  
 8) IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT SOME
 GLAZING BE ADDED TO THE SOUTH ELEVATION,
 SIMILAR TO THAT SHOWN ON THE NORTH.
  
 9) AWNINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE
 SOUTH ELEVATION.
  
 10) SIGNAGE SHALL BE PERMITTED
 SEPARATELY.
  
 11) THE "FLAG" ON THE NORTH SIGN SHALL
 BE ADJUSTED TO THE APPROPRIATE LOCATION.
  
 12) THE "WHEEL" SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED
 AS SIGNAGE...AS DISCUSSED PREVIOUSLY, IT
 SHALL ONLY BE PERMITTED IF IT IS A
 PERMANENT ELEMENT OF THE BUILDING.
  
 13) A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.LEVELS SHALL BE INDICATED AT
 THE BOUNDARY OF THE COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPEMNT (CPD) ALONG THE CANAL AND
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 1.0 FOOTCANDLES.
