 EXIT STAIRS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR,

 9. A COMPLETE AUTOMATIC SUPERVISED FIRE
 SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED IN ALL
 THREE STORY BUILDINGS. COMPLETE PLANS
 AND PERMITS REQUIRED.
  
 10. THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM IS TO BE
 MONITORED BY A LICENSED UL LISTED
 CENTRAL STATION APPROVED FOR CENTRAL
 STATION SERVICE. COMPLETE PLANS AND
 PERMITS REQUIRED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
  
 11.FIRE LINE BACKFLOW DEVICE SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH TAMPER SWITCHES, CHAIN AND

 PROVIDED IN ROOMS DESIGNED FOR THE
