| | REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR |
| | SECURED IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE |
| | THE DANGER OF SUCH CONSTRUCTION |
| | MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING |

| | ANY PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO |
