 FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW (FSPR)
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO REVIEW OR ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT.SEVERAL ISSUES
 WOULD NEED TO BE ADDRESSED TO OBTAIN
 SUCH APPROVAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
 TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE
 (5) FEET IN WIDTH.
  
 2) FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE TERMINAL
 ISLANDS SHALL BE LOCATED AT THE END OF
 EVERY ROW OF PARKING.
  
 3) THE SINGLE PARKING SPACE IN THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY DOES
 NOT WORK.
  
 4) ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHOWN GOING THROUGH
 THE LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 5) SITE PLAN APPROVED BY THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD WAS LOCATED CLOSER TO
 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.
  
 AS MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY, THE COMMENTS
 ABOVE ARE PRELIMINARY.A FULL REVIEW
 WILL OCCUR UPON SUBMISSION OF AN
 APPLICATION FOR FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW.
 A BUILDING PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED
 UNTIL SUCH APPLICATION HAS BEEN
 APPROVED.
