 STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL HAVE
 A MIN. RADIUS OF 2.5FT AT ITS END TO
 ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING AND SHALL CONTAIN
 AT LEAST 1 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE [SEC.
 94-443(3)(A)].
 2)THE ENTRY GATE TO THE PROPERTY MUST
 REMAIN OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS (THIS
 NEEDS TO BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS).
 3)TRASH PICK-UP TYPE MUST BE INDICATED
 ON PLANS, WHETHER ROLL-OUT OR DUMPSTER
 ON SITE. PLEASE PROVIDE A LOCATION FOR A
 GARBAGE DUMPSTER ON SITE AND DETAIL OF
 DIMENSIONS AND SCREENING OF RECEPTACLE
 ON SITE PLAN
 4)PARKING IS TO BE DOUBLE STRIPED.
