 1) FBC 104.2.1 REQUIRES ALL INFORMATION,
 DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME
 AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE
 FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 2) REBAR AS SHOWN IN DRAWING WILL NOT
 PROVIDE STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR HOLLOW
 CONCRETE BLOCK. BLOCK SHOULD BE LAID
 HORIZONTALLY IN RUNNING BOND. WALLS
 SHOULD BE ANCHORED TO EXISTING WITH
 STEEL WALL TIES HAVING A MINIMUM SECTION
 OF 1/4 IN. BY 1-1/2 IN. WITH ENDS BENT
 UP AT LEAST 2 IN. HORIZONTAL JOINTS
 SHOULD BE REINFORCED AT A MAXIMUM
 DISTANCE OF 8 IN. WITH AT LEAST WIRE
 SIZE W1.7 WIRES. PER ACI 530 EMPIRICAL
 MASONRY DESIGN.
  
 3) PROVIDE AN EXTERIOR WALL SECTION
 DETAILING THE EXTERIOR FINISH (STUCCO
 ?). INTERIOR FURRING, INSULATION AND
 DRYWALL. FBC 104.2
  
 4) PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN WITH THE SIZES
 AND LOCATIONS OF THE OPENINGS THAT WILL
 BE ENCLOSED AND THE ROOMS IN WHICH THEY
 ARE LOCATED CLEARLY INDICATED. ALSO
 SPECIFY THE SIZES AND LOCATIONS OF THE
 REQUIRED EMERGENCY EGRESS OPENINGS IN
 THESE ROOMS.
 2001 FL BLD CODE, 1005.4:
 PROVIDE EMERGENCY EGRESS WINDOWS IN
 SLEEPING ROOMS WITH A MINIMUM NET CLEAR
 OPENING HEIGTH OF 24" AND NET CLEAR
 OPENING WIDTH OF 20" AND A NET CLEAR
 OPENING AREA OF 5.7 SQ.FT. GROUND FLOOR
 OPENINGS ARE PERMITTED TO HAVE A NET
 CLEAR OPENING OF 5.0 SQ. FT. SILL HEIGTH
 SHALL NOT BE MORE THAN 44 " ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR.
