 FOUNDATION. NO GARENTEE THAT EITHER OR
 BOTH WILL BE BUILT THE SAME TIME. IF
 THIS HOLDS TRUE STRUCTURAL CRACKING MAY
 OCCUR SINCE THE DESIGN LOADS AND
 SETTLING WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN
 CALCULATED, CAUSING CRACKING AND OR IF
 THE OTHER BUILDING ISN'T BUILT ON THE
 SHARED FOOTER THERE WILL BE A DIFFERENCE
 IN THE WAY THE BUILDING WILL SETTLE.
