 1) PLEASE NOTE THAT A COMPLETE FIRE
 REVIEW CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS TIME
 WITH LIMITED SCOPE OF WORK UNDER THIS
 PERMIT APPLICATION. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
 SEPARATE PERMITS ARE PROPOSED FOR THE
 PARKING GARAGE, FIRE PUMP ETC.
  
 2) THIS NOTE DOESN'T APPLY TO THE LOFT
 UNITS, BUT FOR REFERENCE A HIGHRISE IS
 DEFINED AS A BUILDING GREATER THAN 75'
 IN HEIGHT. SHT A-1.1.2.
  
 3) PLEASE ILLUSTRATE PRESCRIPTIVE
 STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS FOR HANDRAILS AND
 GUARDS.
  
 4) PLEASE CLARIFY THE DOOR SWINGS FROM
 THE CORRIDOR TO PROPOSED GARAGE. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT DURING IT'S SWING, ANY DOOR IN
 A REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL LEAVE
 NOT LESS THAN 1/2 THE WIDTH OF AN AISLE,
 CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY, OR LANDING
 UNOBSTRUCTED.
  
 5) IN ADDITION TO THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT
 THE ADDRESS NUMBERS SHALL CONTRAST TO
 THE BACKGROUND. SHT A.1.1.2.
  
 6) CORRIDORS THAT SERVE AS REQUIRED
 MEANS OF EGRESS, MUST BE APPROPRIATELY
 ILLUMINATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 101.
  
 7) ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS SHALL BE
 VISIBLE FROM ALL POINTS OF EXIT ACCESS,
 AND MOUNTED AT DISTANCES NOT TO EXCEED
 100'.
  
 8) ABC MULTI-PURPOSE RATED FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 9) PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKE DETECTORS
 APPEAR TO BE MISSING FROM THE BEDROOM
 AREAS AND ALL REQUIRED LEVELS OF THE
 DWELLING UNIT.
  
 10) FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL BE WET PRIOR TO,
 DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION.
  
 11) EMERGENCY VEHICLEACCESS LANES
 SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT A WIDTH OF AT
 LEAST 20'.
  
 12) PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY COMMENTS FROM
 PARKING GARAGE REVIEW MAY IMPACT ASPECTS
 OF THIS FIRE REVIEW.
  
 13) LOFT UNITS WILL BE PART OF 6 STORY
 PARKING GARAGE. NO MENTION OF FIRE
 SPRINKLER OR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. PLEASE
