 1) PROVIDE NOC RECORDED WITH THE CLERK
 OF COURT BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 2) PLANS INDICATE DESIGN TO FL BLDG CODE
 2004 IT WAS AGREED ON THAT THE DESIGN
 CRITERIA WOULD BE TO THE FL 2004 CODE.
 THE 2004 CODE WILL PROVIDE THE DESIGNER
 GREATER LATITUDES IN DESIGN. ALOT OF THE
 GENERAL NOTES DO HAVE THE HEADING FROM
 THE 2004 CODE BUT HAVE DATA FROM THE
 2001, NOTES ARE NOT UPDATED.
  
 3) UNDER THE 2004 CODE REVISIT THE
 MINIMUM BLDG TYPE FOR DESIGN.TABLE 503.
 THERE IS NO TYPE VI.
  
 4A) SEE 110.1.2* REQUIREMENTS FOR
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY SEE ITEMS 1-12.
 NOTE# 11 IF A FIRE SPRINKLER IS PROVIDED
 AND IF ONE IS REQUIRED. YOU HAVE TAKEN
 THE EXCEPTION "C" TABLE 1016.1 THAT THE
 CORRIDORS NEED NOT BE 1 HR PROTECTED BUT
 SMOKE RATED. TO DO THIS THE FIRE
 SPRINKLERS ADDED STILL NEED TO APPLY FOR
 SEPERATE PERMIT BEFORE ISSUANCE OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
  
 4B) NOTE ITEM# 10 ON THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR C. O. "THE DESIGN OCCUPANT LOAD".!!!
 THIS LIMITATION UNDER 1004.1.1 WILL
 ALLOW THE DESIGNER TO "LIMIT THE DESIGN
 LOAD". UNDER THIS EDITION OF THE CODE
 SEE SECTION 1016.2 CORRIDOR WIDTHS,
 MINIMUM CORRIDOR WIDTH SHALL BE AS
 DETERMINED IN 1005.1 BUT NOT LESS THAN
 44" SEE EXCEPTIONS (4) 72" IN GROUP "E"
 WITH A OCCUPANT LOAD GREATER THAN 100,
 THE CORRIDOR WIDTHCAN BE 44" IF THE
 DESIGNER LIMITS THE OCCUPANT LOAD UNDER
 100, EVEN THOUGH THE TOTAL SHOWN ON THE
 PLAN IS GREATER THAN 100. CORRECT PLAN
 TO REFLECT THE NEW "DESIGN OCCUPANT
 LOAD".
  
 THE DESIGNER STILL INDICATES THAT THERE
 ARE CORRIDORS WITH A WIDTH LESS THAN
 44".
  
 4C) INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH CORRIDORS
 WITH TABLE 1016.1 WITH FIRE SPRINKLERS
 FOR WALLS AND DOORS.SEE FOOTNOTE "C".

 5)PLANS INDICATE A STORAGE AREA THAT
 COMMUNICATES WITH THE EXIT ACCESS
 CORRIDOR, NO SEPERATION?SMOKE RATING.
  
  
 6)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT
 SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
