 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION OF A MONOLITHIC
 SLAB TO BE A MINIMUM OF 4" ABOVE GRADE
 AT HABITABLE AREAS. FBC 1804.1.3
 REQUIRES THE BOTTOM OF FOOTERS TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF 12" BELOW GRADE. PLEASE
 CORRECT SECTIONS ON A2 AND A11.
  
 3) THE FINISH FLOOR GRADES ON THE
 ELEVATIONS ON SHEETS 7 AND 8 DO NOT
 CORRESPOND WITH THE SECTIONS ON 2 AND
 11.
  
 4) THE SIDE LOT DIMENSIONS FOR THE SITE
 PLAN ON SHEET 1 DO NOT CONCUR WITH THE
 SURVEY.
  
 5) THE FLOOD ZONE GIVEN ON THE SURVEY IS

 6) THE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICENT ON
 SHEET 3 SHOULD A HAVE A PLUS AND MINUS
 SIGN IN FRONT OF IT TO INDICATE POSITIVE
 AND NEGATIVE PRESSURES PER ASCE 7-98.
  
 7) SUBMIT THE MANUFACTURER'S
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ISOKERN FIREPLACE
 AND CHIMNEY.

 AREA LISTED ON THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.

 10) THE UPLIFT VALUE IN THE SCHEDULE ON
 SHEET 9 FOR THE SIMPSON META 18 IS
 INCORRECT. THE FBC DOES NOT ALLOW A
 ONE-THIRD INCREASE IN THE STEEL
 CALCULATIONS FOR STRAPS. THE CORRECT
 VALUE IS 1450# UPLIFT. SEE CURRENT
 SIMPSON CATALOG.
  
 11) SPECIFY THE BOTTOM CORD LIVE LOAD
 FOR THE ROOF TRUSSES. THE MINIMUM IS
 10 PSF FOR ATTICS WITHOUT STORAGE. SEE
 FBC TABLE 1604.1.
  
 12) THE BASIC WINDSPEED IS INCORRECTLY
 SPECIFIED AS 120 MPH ON SHEET 9. THE
 CORRECT WIND SPEED FOR THE CITY OF WPB
 IS 140 MPH.
  
 13) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL DETAILS FOR THE
 ARCHED OPENINGS.
  
 14) FBC 2305.2.2 REQUIRES DRAFTSTOPPING
 IN THE FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLY SEPARATING
 IT INTO TWO OR MORE APPROXIMATE AREAS
 AREAS WITH NO GREATER THAN 500 SQFT.
 SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND MATERIAL THAT
 WILL BE USED (FBC 2305.2.6).
  
 15) SPECIFY THE FASTENERS AND SPACING
 FORTHE SISTERED ROOF OVERHANG SHOWN ON
 THE WALL SECTIONS ON SHEET 11.
  
 16) SPECIFY THE LENGTH/EMBED DEPTH OF
 THE 1/4" TAPCONS SPECIFIED AT THE WINDOW
 BUCK DETAIL ON SHEET 13.
  
 17) SPECIFY THE YEILD STRENGTH OF THE
 W8X31 STEEL BEAM. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS
 FOR LOADS ON THE BEAM AND SHOW THAT THE
 BEAM IS CAPABLE SUPPORTING THE GRAVITY
 LOADS OVER THE BEAM SPAN AND OF
 RESISTING THE LATERAL WINDLOADS IMPOSED
 ON THE WALL THAT IS SUPPORTED BY THE
 BEAM. SEE FBC 2203 AND AISC ALLOWABLE
 STRESS DESIGN.
  
 18) PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED
 WITH PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1,
 2003 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE
 FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL SYSTEM. FOR
 INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE
 AT WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS
 WITH STATEWIDE APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED WITH A COVER SHEET THAT
 LISTS THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM
 THE STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE
 STATEWIDE APPROVAL, SUBMIT AN APPLICA-
 TION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR SITE
 SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF PRODUCT
 INFORMATION AS REQUIRED.
 SUBMIT (2) COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
