 1. THE REVISION SUBMITTED SUPERCEDES THE SHEETS
 SUBMITTED AND APPROVED FOR THE ORIGINAL PERMIT. BY
 SUPERCEDING THESE SHEETS, ALL INFORMATION ORIGINALLY
 SUBMITTED WILL BE DELETED. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 2. IF THERE IS REVISIONS FOR THE PLANS, THEY SHALL BE
 DESIGNED BY THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER OF RECORD. IF
 THERE WILL BE A NEW ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER OF RECORD,
 THEN A NEW PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED AND A SHOP DRAWING
 APPROVED BY THE ORIGINAL ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED.
  
 3. A SEPARAGE PERMIT WITH THE NEW DESIGN PROFESSIONALS
 WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
 WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE ORIGINAL DESIGN TEAM.
  
 4. SHT A-1 THE BUILDING DATA INDICATES THE OCCUPANCY AS
 STORAGE. THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES A MIXED OCCUPANCY
 WITH BUSINESS AND STORAGE OCCUPANCY. PLEASE INDICATE
 CORRECT OCCUPANCE.
  
 5. PER TABLE 403.1 A SERVICE SINK IS REQUIRED IN THE
 STORAGE OCCUPANCY.
  
 6. SHT A-1 THE BREAK ROOM SINK REQUIRES A FORWARD
 APPROACH MAXIMUM 19" UNDERNEATH THE SINK, AND NOT
 PARALLEL APPROACH AS SHOWN. SECTION 11-4.16.5.
  
 7. SHT A-1 THE ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE INDICATES PAINT ON
 THE WALLS OF THE TOILET ROOMS 106 & 107. PER SECTION
 1210.2 WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF THE WATER CLOSETS SHALL
 HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE. PAINTED
 WALLS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE "HARD" REQUIREMENT.
 PLEASE INDICATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 8. SUBMIT A DETAIL FOR THE TOILET ROOMS SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING:

 OF THE FIXTURE & THE LAV SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 15" OFF
 THE WALL TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE FIXTURE. SEE FIGURE
 29 AND THE LAV SHALL BE CENTERED ON THE 30" DIMENSION
 OF THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
  
 9. SHT A-2 DETAIL #1. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:

 B. 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE (FORWARD APPROACH
 REQUIRED)

 10. SHT P-1 SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM. ONLY THE FIXTURES
 WITHIN THE BATHROOM GROUPS SHALL CONNECT TO THE
 WET-VENTED HORIZONTAL BRANCH DRAIN. ADDITIONAL
 FIXTURES, (BREAK ROOM SINK), SHALL DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM
 OF THE WET VENT. SECTION 909.1.
  
 11. AN RPZV BACKFLOW IS REQUIRED ON THE WATER SERVICE
 TO THE BUILDING/SPACE. SECTION 608.13.2..
