 A. A COPY OF THE RECORDED UNITY OF TITLE OF ALL LOTS
 ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
 (74-43-43-16-17-001-0131, 74-43-43-16-17-001-0132, AND
 74-43-43-16-17-001-0150).
 B. A COPY OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL LETTER.IN THE
 EVENT THAT A SITE PLAN REVIEW HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED,
 THE PROJECT SHALL FOLLOW THE INFORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW
 PROCESS.
  
 6. FROM THE FINAL ORDER DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2005:

 C. RESTAURANT MAY NOT EXPAND IN NET INTERIOR AREA??
  
 7. A COPY OF THE FINAL ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
