 DECLARED ON SHEET 1.THIS IS IN
 CONFLICT WITH DETAIL 1-3 WHICH SHOWS A
 METAL FRAME WALL WITH PLYWOOD SHEATHING
 AND DETAILS FOR THE PARAPET WALL WHICH
 ALSO SHOW PLYWOOD SHEATHING.NOTE THAT
 TYPE VI CONSTRUCTION IS NOT ALLOWED IN
 THE FIRE DISTRICT, FBC*F102.1.
  
 5.)SHOW TURNING CLEARANCE FOR THE
 BATHROOMS, FBC11-4.22.3.
  
 6.)THE ENERGY CALCS SUBMITTED APPEAR
 TO BE FOR THE TWO DIFFERENT TENANT
 SPACES, BUT BOTH HAVE 2800 AS THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.THIS IS THE TOTAL FOR THE
 ENTIRE BUILDING, NOT THE TENANT SPACES.
 CLARIFY.
  
 8.)FBC1503.4.4, CONDENSATE LINES AND
 ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT LEAST
 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE
 SIDEWALL, WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING,
 TAIL EXTENSIONS, OR SPLASH BLOCKS.NOTE
 THE 1? DIMENSION ON THE PLAN, SHEET 2.
  
 9.)FLORIDA STATE OR LOCAL PRODUCT
 APPROVAL REQUIRED IN ADDITION TO THE
 FIXED GLASS NOA PROVIDED.
