 LANDSCAPE, WHICHEVER IS LESS WITHIN THE FIRST 25FT
 FRONT SETBACK.
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE WALL DETAIL FOR THE PROPOSED
 WALL/BLOCK/COLUMNS AND DRAWNING FOR THE GATE WITH
 HEIGHT.
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE ELEVATION PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED WOOD
 TRELLIS WITH THE SETBACK FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE
 AND HOW IT WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE EASEMENT APPROVAL FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH UTILITY DEPT.
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ELEVATION PLAN FOR THE STONE
 WALL.
 8. PLEASE CLAIFY WHAT IS A BLACK BAMBOO?
 9. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED ELECTRIC
 GATE FROM STREET. NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE GATE WILL
 NOT CAUSE TRAFFIC TO BE BACKED UP.
 10. ANY GATE/FENCE/WALL/COLUMNS CAN ONLY BE A HEIGHT OF
