 HIGHER. 1804.1.7* FINISH GRADE SHALL BE
 SLOPED AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION FOR
 DRAINAGE. THE LOWEST BUILDING FLOOR
 ELEVATION AT THE PERIMETER OF A
 MONOLITHIC FOUNDATION AT HABITABLE AREAS
 SHALL BE A MINMUM OF 4 " ABOVE THE
 FINISH GRADE, AT THE BUILDING PERIMETER.
 THE 4" MINIMUM IS FOR IF CBS
 CONSTRUCTION IS USED, WOOD FRAME WITH
 STUCCO VENEER WILL REQUIREA 6"

 CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF
 NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
 SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC
