 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (RPD), HAWTHORN SUITES
 HOTEL.SIGN-OFF FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPT. FOR
 THE FINAL CO. IS CONTINGENT UPON THE APPROVAL OF THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT.THE DRAWINGS SHALL REFLECT ALL
 REVISIONS PERTAINING TO LANDSCAPING, RE-LOCATION OF THE
 COMPACT SPACES, SCREENING OF THE GENERATOR AND
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON ROOF-TOP, INCLUDING DETAILS.
 PROVIDE ALL SHEETS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO MSP 1
 AND 2, PD/SHEET C1, FH/SHEET C2 AND LANDSCAPING SHEETS
 (LA-1 AND LA-2) THAT ARE PART OF PERMIT NUMBER.

 DRAWINGS" (RECEIVED ON APRIL 4, 2008) UNDER COMMENTS
 COVER FORM (THE WEITZ CO.).
 *** NOTE: ADDRESS ALL LANDSCAPING COMMENTS FROM ROBERT
 KUSSNER.
  
 3.THE BOLLARD(S) NEED TO BE RELOCATED/RECONFIGURED
 OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE LOCATED NEXT TO THE LARGE
 GENERATOR.
  
 4.LANDSCAPING PLANS - LABEL COMPACT SPACES ON
 LANDSCAPE PLANS AS NOTED ON SITE PLANS (SHEETS MSP1 AND
 MSP2).
  
 5.SHEET MSP2 OF 2 - LOCATION OF HANDICAP SYMBOL'S
 LOWER-END SHALL BE TWO (2) FEET FROM THE PARKING STRIPE
 DETAIL INSTEAD OF FOUR (4) FEET SIX (6) INCHES.
  
 6.PROVIDE AN ENLARGED DETAIL OF THE HOTEL SITE PLAN
 AREA FOR THE DIMENSIONS, ETC. TO BE LEGIBLE.
